To this end, Alive Passion Ministries has implemented a training program for small group leaders. The program includes initial identification and vetting of potential small group leaders, training and qualifying of new leaders, and regular leader workshops and mentoring. These leaders are empowered to develop their own group(s) consistent with the Alive Passion Ministries vision and values while taking into consideration the unique characteristics and needs of their group(s).
